The Geo Mark module allows employees to manage attendance using location-based verification and facial recognition. This ensures that attendance is recorded only when the employee is within the authorized geographic location and properly verified.

The module contains two main sections:

  1. My Logs
  2. Face Enroll

My Logs

The My Logs page displays the employee’s geo-based attendance records. These records show when the user marked attendance using the Geo Mark system.

Log Details

Each record in the table contains the following information:

  1. Geo Attendance ID – Unique ID for the geo attendance record
  2. Zone – The authorized location or geo-fence where attendance was captured
  3. Capture – The captured image used for verification
  4. Face Verification Score – Accuracy score for the face recognition process
  5. Timestamp – Date and time when the attendance was recorded

Purpose

This section helps employees:

  1. Review their geo-marked attendance history
  2. Verify whether attendance was successfully recorded
  3. Monitor attendance captured through location verification

If no attendance has been recorded through Geo Mark, the table will display “No data available.”

Face Enroll

The Face Enroll section allows employees to register their facial data for face recognition-based attendance verification.

This ensures secure and accurate identification when marking attendance through systems that use facial recognition technology.

Face Enrollment Actions

Users can register their face using the Enroll Face button.

During enrollment, the system captures facial images and stores them securely for identity verification.

Face Enrollment Records

The page displays a table of previously captured face records with the following details:

  1. ID – Unique identifier for the enrollment record
  2. User – Name of the employee
  3. Capture – Image captured during face enrollment
  4. Enroll At – Date and time the face was registered
  5. Is Active – Indicates whether the face record is currently active for verification
  6. Actions – Options to manage or remove a face enrollment record

Active Face Record

Only one face record is typically marked as Active, which will be used by the system during attendance verification.

Other records remain inactive and can be kept for history or backup purposes.
