The Company Management module allows administrators to configure and manage company information within the system. This section stores organization details, company policies, and branding settings used across the platform. Admins can manage multiple companies, update company profiles, upload logos, and maintain company policies.

The Company Management module allows administrators to configure and manage company information within the system. This section stores organization details, company policies, and branding settings used across the platform.

Company Profile

The Company Profile section displays basic information about the organization such as company name, industry, founding year, and contact details.

How to Add a Company:

  1. Navigate to Company Management → Company.
  2. Click Add Company.
  3. Fill in company information including:
  4. Company Name
  5. Legal Name
  6. Company Type
  7. Founded Year
  8. Annual Start Month
  9. Enter registration and contact details.
  10. Click Save Company.

Company Information

Admins can view and edit details including company logo, industry type, structure, and social network links.

Company Policies

Admins can create policies defining company rules and guidelines. Policies can include descriptions, documents, expiry dates, and status.

Company Settings

The Settings tab allows administrators to manage branding elements like company icon and logo.

  1. Keep company contact information updated.

  3. Maintain updated policies.
  4. Ensure registration details are accurate.

Holidays

The Holidays module allows administrators to define and manage official company holidays. These holidays are automatically reflected in employee attendance calculations and work schedules.

Holidays Dashboard

The dashboard provides an overview including total holidays, monthly holidays, weekly holidays, and working days.

Calendar View

Holidays are displayed in calendar format with color-coded events and weekend indicators. Admins can switch between month, week, and list views.

Add Holiday

  1. Navigate to Company Management → Holidays.
  2. Click Add Holiday.
  3. Enter holiday details such as name, image, status, and dates.
  4. Click Save Holiday.

Holiday Management Features

  1. Add, edit, and delete holidays.
  2. Upload holiday images.
  3. Set recurring holidays.
  4. View holidays in calendar format.

Import & Export

Admins can import or export holiday data using templates for bulk holiday configuration.

The Website module allows administrators to manage the company’s public website page. Admins can update company details, services, mission statements, and SEO settings.

Website Overview

The dashboard provides a preview of the company webpage and allows admins to generate and copy a public company profile link.

Basic Information

Admins can update:

  1. Company Icon
  2. Company Logo
  3. Company Name
  4. Tagline
  5. Phone and Email
  6. Website URL

Address

Admins can configure company location including address, city, state, country, and PIN code.

Mission & Vision

This section allows administrators to define the company mission and vision statements.

Services

Admins can add services with title, description, and images that appear on the public website.

Social Links

Admins can add social links such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.

SEO Settings

Admins can configure meta title, keywords, descriptions, and OG tags to improve search engine visibility.

The Policies module allows administrators to manage company policies and compliance guidelines for employees.

Policy Overview

Policies are displayed in expandable sections where users can view policy descriptions and documents.

Viewing Policies

  1. Navigate to Company Management → Policies.
  2. Select a policy from the list.

Policy Management

Admins can add, edit, delete, and upload documents for policies. They can also organize policies by category and set active or inactive status.
