The Scan & Go module allows employees to record attendance using QR code scanning combined with facial verification. This feature provides a quick and secure way to mark attendance by scanning a QR code at the workplace.

The module includes two sections:

The Face Enroll page allows users to register their face for QR attendance verification.

Facial enrollment ensures that when a user scans a QR code for attendance, the system can verify their identity using face recognition technology.

Face Enrollment Process

To enroll a face:

1. Click the Enroll Face button
2. Allow camera access when prompted
3. Position your face inside the capture circle
4. Keep your face steady until capture is complete

Once the capture is successful, the facial record will be saved in the system.

Face Enrollment Records

The page displays a list of captured face records with the following information:

1. ID – Unique enrollment record ID
2. User – Name and department of the employee
3. Capture – Captured face image used for verification
4. Enroll At – Date and time of face enrollment
5. Is Active – Indicates whether the face record is active
6. Actions – Option to remove the record if required

Only one face record is typically marked as Active for authentication during QR attendance.

The My Logs page displays attendance records generated through the Scan & Go QR attendance system.

QR Attendance Logs

The table shows details of each QR attendance entry, including:

1. User – Employee who performed the scan
2. Mode – Attendance method used (QR Scan)
3. Punch Coordinates – Location where attendance was marked
4. Face Verification Score – Accuracy score from facial recognition
5. Timestamp – Date and time of the attendance punch

Purpose of Scan & Go Logs

This section allows users to:

1. View QR-based attendance history
2. Verify attendance was successfully recorded
3. Monitor location and face verification results

If no QR attendance records exist, the system displays “No records available.”
